St. Paul's Lutheran and Prince of Peace Presbyterian churches do not permit meetings when Anne Arundel County schools evening activites are cancelled due to bad weather.
To check whether activities are cancelled you can go to http://www.aacps.org or call 410-222-5000.

The email address is shown as "pending" for groups that have not yet arranged to receive email. Email is received by the group's GSR (General Service Representative) or other designated contact person to pass on information or answer inquiries.
You can now email these groups to send news and information to the group, to inquire about matters such as group activities, service positions, and group policies, to suggest topics for your home group conscience, etc.

The district has begun assembling packets of information, available free of charge, to help groups welcome newcomers reaching out for help from A.A. Each packet contains a copy of the pamphlet A Newcomer Asks, a back issue of the Grapevine magazine, and a copy of the Annapolis Area Intergroup Meeting Directory ("Where & When").
To obtain packets for your group to give to newcomers you may email the District 42 District Committee Member (DCM) at dcm@mdaadistrict42.org or write to:

Your group's GSR can also pick up some packets at the next monthly District 42 meeting or contact the DCM to make arrangements.
You can help a newcomer by dontating your back issues of the Grapevine for the newcomer packets. Give your back issues to your group's GSR or contact the District Committee Member (DCM) at:
